With Rocketium, this is just a one click activity. You'd see the 5 options in the Aspect ratio feature we provide. Just login to your account, go to ASPECT RATIO, and you will see these options:
Landscape videos are more suitable for sharing on YouTube.
Portrait or vertical videos for sharing on Instagram Stories and Whatsapp videos.
Square for sharing on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Facebook Cover Video for sharing a video as your Facebook Cover. [New]
Instagram Ads for sharing a video as an Instagram native ad. [New]
The best part about this feature is the text is "Auto-fit", so everytime you change the aspect ratio, you will not need to adjust the font size, it will adjust itself as per the aspect.
You can publish your video in these 5 different aspect ratios depending on where you want to post them. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new comprehensive data protection law that comes into effect on May 25, 2018. It will replace the existing EU Data Protection law to strengthen the protection of personal data and the rights of the individual. It will be a single set of rules which govern the processing and monitoring of EU data.
At Rocketium, we have been working towards approaching GDPR compliance and build a strong data protection framework for all our users from a few months now. This is a massive overhaul of our processes and product features to ensure we’re meeting obligations and implementing the right actions for our users.
Here are some of the key steps we have taken to ensure we’re setting up ourselves to meet GDPR obligations:
1. Update to our Policies: We have updated our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy. The objective is to increase transparency and to make it easier for our users to understand what information we collect and why we collect it.
2. Introducing new features: We recognise that it’s important for you to control your information. Hence, our team is building the necessary features which intend to give clarity regarding the user's data usage.
3. Building better processes: We recognise that the protection of your data involves our resources. Thus, we have completed an internal audit of how we handle the personal data of our users. You can read more here.
None of these steps are likely to impact the way you use Rocketium.
If you have any questions regarding this, you can reach out to us at contact@rocketium.com

To clarify, the music provided in the Rocketium library is indeed royalty-free and is attributed to the original musician as required at the start of every video. All of the music has been acquired legally (paid and unpaid) and is free to use for commercial purpose as well.
The problem lies with the social media channels as they aren't able to ascertain the usage rights on the original music and quite blatantly, for the lack of information, issue a blanket warning to everyone if they find that a music piece is used in another video.
The Owner of this content should be attributed as the source by putting the required name details on the image/ video in the bottom right corner. No further action is required by the user.
Declines happen for a variety of reasons. When a charge is submitted to the bank, the automated systems decide whether or not to accept the charge. The systems take your spending habits, account balance, card information (expiry date and CVC) into account.
Sometimes even if all the card information is correct, a card maybe declined in future because these signals are constantly changing.
If you want more information about a specific decline or how to decrease the likelihood of a decline, you can read it here. - https://support.stripe.com/questions/why-was-a-customers-charge-declined
You can always write to us at support@rocketium.com to know more and we'll provide the details that we can fetch from our payment gateway.
If the card information is correct, it is best to contact your bank, inquire for more information and ask for future charges to be accepted.
