Manage projects
A project in Rocketium is a workflow aimed at making visual creatives for one particular business objective. All the visual creatives (image banners/videos) in a project are made using a single specific template.
- Click on the workspace in which you want to create the new project. This will take you inside that Workspace.
- Click on the 'projects' option from the left panel.
- Click on the "create project" button at the top right corner.
- You will now see all the available templates in this workspace.
- Click on the template you want to choose for this Project.
- Choose from the available sizes in which you want to make the visual creatives.
- You will now be taken into the Campaign Editor for entering content into the chosen Template. (This part is covered in detail in this section)
You can easily access all your previous projects and the corresponding visual creatives.
- Click on the workspace where the respective project was created. This will take you inside that workspace.
- You will now be able to see all the projects in this workspace.
- Hover over a project to see "view" and "edit" icons.
- Click on the view icon to open the project creatives.
- Click on any variant on the left side and see the visual creative in the preview on the right side.
- You can Download the respective visual creative from here or click on 'Edit' to reopen the project in the editor and make changes to the visual creative.
You can share edit access or a view-only link of the rendered creatives for review with anyone in the team.
- Click on the three dots (...) on the respective project card in the workspace to open the menu.
- Click on the "Share" option. This will open a share modal.
- Choose the mode (edit/view-only) that you want to enable for the reviewer. Click on the "Copy link" option and share the link.
